About the Project

The Perth City Link is one of the city’s most exciting redevelopments, reconnecting the CBD with Northbridge for the first time in over 100 years.  Once a network of bus and train connections, this area is transforming into an exciting new destination featuring housing, shops, restaurants, office and more.

The scope of works comprises bulk earthworks including working around live inground services, road construction, concrete walls, stairs, planter boxes, stormwater drainage, electrical and lighting installations irrigation, granite pacing, tree vaults, landscaping and water feature works.  Access is restricted due to adjacent plots being developed by builders, the adjacent PTA dive tunnel restrictions and work is constrained by the timing of separable portions.
