About the Project

Perth’s newest and largest mini-golf course on the banks of the Swan River, delivering an 18-hole premium mini-golf experience set amonsts native landscaping and the stunning backdrop of the Swan River and Matagarup Bridge.

The scope of works comprises the following:

• Demolition of softworks and removal of trees
• Strip topsoil on the site and stockpile topsoil
• Earthworks grading and shaping for works
• Underground services and drainage systems
• Concrete and synthetic turf for putting greens
• Concrete link pathways between putting greens
• Boulders and steppers
• Fencing and gates
• Water feature, irrigation system
• Timber bridges and desking
• Seating and furniture
• Soft landscaping
• Electrical, lighting and data.
