About this Project

This project was a design and construction scope of works. Located minutes away from Midland Gate Shopping Centre, St John of God Hospital and new bulky showrooms on Clayton Street. This is a newly developed industrial/commercial zone of Midland. This once vacant lot has been established into a very modern and viable premises.

The project also included concrete works, installation of amenities, building permits, earth works, building construction including all fixtures and associated works, car parking, project management and soft landscaping and irrigation works.
