About the Project
The Brookfield Place Tower 2 Project formed part of the landmark commercial development within Perth’s CBD, contributing to one of the city’s premier mixed-use precincts. The project involved the delivery of high-quality external works and associated civil infrastructure to support the completion of the Tower 2 development and its integration with the surrounding public realm.
MG Group’s scope included detailed civil works, hardscape construction, service installations, and pavement finishes designed to align with the architectural vision and premium standards of the Brookfield Place precinct. Works were carried out in a highly constrained urban environment, requiring careful staging, logistics coordination, and strict adherence to safety and access requirements.
The project demanded close collaboration with the principal contractor, consultants,
and multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure,
adjacent buildings, and operational retail and commercial tenancies. High-specification
materials and finishes were installed to meet both functional and aesthetic expectations consistent with the precinct’s quality benchmarks.
Given the central city location, MG Group implemented rigorous traffic management, pedestrian control measures, and programme coordination to minimise disruption to surrounding businesses and the public. Quality assurance processes and compliance with relevant standards were maintained throughout the construction period.
