About this Project

Raine Square is now home to 38 entertainment, dining and retail outlets including Palace Cinemas and an exciting range of dining and coffee outlets. It is also the most conveniently located and accessible shopping precinct in the CBD with direct access to the Perth Underground and multiple access points from Wellington, Murray and William Streets.

Raine Square redevelopment has involved significant planning and investment to restore, enhance and develop the heritage-listed property into a world-class, dynamic and unique shopping, dining and entertainment precinct in the heart of the City.

Charter Hall Group, the owner of Raine Square, is driving the $200 million redevelopment that will transform the precinct into a seven day a week late-night retail, dining and entertainment destination.

MG Group’s Scope of Work include over several stages and levels for the outdoor public spaces for concrete, lift and relay of various paving sections, stone tiling, in-situ concrete elements requiring forming, pouring and finishing bespoke street furniture with timber, garden beds, soft landscaping, irrigation and electrical lighting.

MG Group’s dedicated project management team and trades on-site consisting of up to 20 direct employees working under a very tight time frame on this project.
