About this Project
This project for Goldgrove Investments Pty Ltd was a four month contract with the scope of works to include the construction of new offices, warehouse and car parking space for MG Group’s head office.
This modern, architecturally designed building has enhanced the quality of buildings in the Central Park Business Centre, Osborne Park. The showroom element to the business has been replaced with additional warehouse space for the storage of additional plant, equipment and materials to meet the demands of this growing company.
MG Group made certain to minimise any disruptions to adjoining and nearby units, allowing for any major works to be conducted after-hours or on weekends. The project was completed successfully within the given time frame and budget.
