About this Project
Crowned Australia’s best rectangular stadium at the 2023 Austadium Awards, HBF Park serves as the competition base for the high performing sporting codes of Rugby League, Rugby Union, and A League football. With a capacity of 35,000 fans, the venue also hosts a range of world class concert events.
The project involves safeguarding its patrons by installation of impact-rated concrete retaining and freestanding walls, the installation of fixed and removable steel bollards, pedestrian fencing, and stairs with handrails.
Soft landscaping, including planting, mulching, and irrigation, will enhance the site’s aesthetic and environmental quality. Concrete and red asphalt paving will be laid, and subsurface drainage works will manage water flow. The project will also restore and refurbish any existing structures impacted by the works, ensuring a safe, functional, and visually appealing outcome.
