Another iconic landmark in Fremantle is complete and will become one of the most visited play areas for the public and those whom are simply visiting the area. After the City completed extensive consultation with Department of Aboriginal Affairs, Whadjuk traditional owners and local community groups, stage one landscaping design was finalised.

Works encompass landscaping with water wise native plants, improvements to pedestrian access and the introduction of community amenities including barbecues, picnic and seating areas, a nature-based play space, lighting and parking.

As a head contractor with our specialist team of tradesmen MG Group completed all demolition and earthwork operations including the construction of hardscapes (detailed concrete and limestone walls, concrete footpaths) and soft landscaping, installation of electrical & lighting, irrigation & bore, street furniture, play equipment, shade structures and construction of a new car park.
