Design and construction of a two storey, office building. This 500m2 office complex in Belmont was designed with an upper podium level for management and an open plan layout down stairs. Our client wanted to have a good amount of natural light into the building but without increasing heat loads on the building thus increasing energy needs.

This was achieved by creating a large bay of windows to the facade with a large architectural awning wrapping around the front of the building sheltering from afternoon sun.

A one year programme was all that was required for this build. We worked alongside our client helping with variations, committing to programming dates and implemented our quality procedures to achieve a great outcome for both parties.
